- ADAPTATION: The team must suit with change, by being coherent about what is said and done, identifying the skills of each team member, interacting with each one, in order to foster trust.
- AWARENESS: It deals with understanding any situation.
- ATTITUDE: It is about how good one is at managing. Ability and motivation are not enough.
