The 3 A's of Social Media Success


  1. AUTHORITY: The person must be expert on what he does, in order to foster trust among customers.
  2. AUTHENTICITY: The person should have a conversation with the potential customer before trying to sell something.
  3. ACCOUNTABILITY: One must try to answer by interacting with other members of the organization.
