The 3 A's of Social Media Measurement


  1. ATTENTION: It consists of analyzing the information regarding the number of followers the company gets during and after the social media campaign, as well as the number of people who have visited the website.
  2. ATTITUDE: It has to do with the consumers' feedback and comments about the company. It consists of analyzing the number of positive versus negative comments.
  3. ACTION: It consists of looking for the link between the social media campaign and the number of products being sold. It has to do with the impact. For instance, to see how many users retweet what you have posted.
