- ATTENTION: The student has to direct his mind to his body (for instance, walking straight), his Chi (life force) in order to control it. He also has to observe the teacher and emulate him in a physical, mental and spiritual way.
- AWARENESS: It is about having consciousness of the transition that takes place when moving from the substantial (Yang) to the insubstantial (Yin). The student needs to be aware of the energy of the body, also called "Aura".
- ATTITUDE: It has to do with the fact of acting as if we already have what we desired. However, this is not enough; the student also has to work very hard in life.
