The 3 A's of Mindfulness for Athletes


  1. ACCEPTANCE: It consists of noticing oneself that the inner dialogue is negative.
  2. AWARENESS: It is about taking a deep breath.
  3. ACTION: It has to do with the fact of making a movement or position praticed in training in order to disconnect from negative thoughts.
