The 3 A's of Anusara Yoga


  1. ATTITUDE: Divine will (Iccha/ Heart). It is the inner voice within ourselves that desires to be happy and feel good.
  2. ALIGNMENT: It has to do with the fact of linking the different parts of ourselves physically, mentally, energetically and emotionally.
  3. ACTION: It deals with movement. One decides what the body is going to do.
