(They are useful when making a business mistake.)
- ACKNOWLEDGE: It consists of telling the people what happened, without blaming anyone.
- APOLOGIZE: It has to do with the fact of saying sorry for any inconvenience by using "I". For instance, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience".
- ACT: It deals with making clear what will be done now and/ or in the future in order to solve the problem such as, "I will be more careful next time".
