The 3 A's of Self-Care


  1. AAAAAHHH: Try to relax by listening to soft music, meditating or taking a walk, among other activities.
  2. AHA: Find an activity you like in order to skape from routine, such as attending drama lessons.
  3. HAHAHA: Try to laugh as much as possible in order to vanish stress and feel happy.
