The 3 A's of Brand-Driven Employees


  1. AWARE: The employee should be plunged into positive practices. The manager should talk to new employees in order to make them aware of the importance of the brand.
  2. ABSORB: The employee should absorb (understand) the brand's promise, regardless the processes are good or bad. 
  3. AMBASSADOR: This is when an employee is passionate about the company and talks about it to everyone.
