The 3 A's of Client Attraction


  1. AFFABILITY: The person must be friendly and empathetic.
  2. AVAILABILITY: It refers to the time a patient needs to wait in order to get an appointment.
  3. ABILITY: It is about how good or bad a person is at what he/ she does.
