  1. ACKNOWLEDGE: It consists of telling the people what happened, without blaming anyone.
  2. APOLOGIZE: It has to do with the fact of saying sorry for any inconvenience by using "I". For instance, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience".
  3. ACT: It deals with making clear what will be done now and/ or in the future in order to solve the problem such as, "I will be more careful next time".

  1. ALIGNMENT: The call to action on a website needs to be placed above the scroll, so that the person can see it and click on it easily. It should be colour-coded and surrounded by plenty of white space.
  2. APPROACH: It has to do with the words used in order to approach subscribers. The words must be clear and carefully chosen, such as "join". The format is also important.
  3. APPEARANCE: It consists of making the call to action noticeable. Decide whether to use a botton or a link. Another aspect related to appearance is the size, in order to stand out.
